Burnz Pepperz will start your morning off with a bang, pairing everyone’s favorite fruity cereal with hot pepper tincture, for a surprisingly deceiving burn. Amount of tincture varies by challenge level.

Level 1 = 2ml = 3 points

Level 2 = 5ml = 7 points

Level 3 = 10ml = 12 points

Level 4 = 15ml = 16 points

The rules are simple.

1. Use 1/2 cup of your favorite milk or non-dairy alternative.

2. Must consume entire contents, including milk of choice, within 5 minutes.

3. For each 30 second interval beyond 5 minute time limit, you will lose one point.

4. You must do a 5 minute afterburn.

5. You must remain on camera for entire challenge.

6. No additional food or drink allowed.

BONUS POINTS

*At the 2 minute mark of your 5 minute afterburn, you must slam 8oz of preferred steaming hot(non-spicy) beverage for 2 points
