I, hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in this spicy food challenge by Inked Gardener LLC and Heat Feasters . I understand that consuming extremely spicy food can pose risks to my health, including but not limited to gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic reactions, and potential exacerbation of existing medical conditions.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Heat Feasters challenge competitions, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Heat Feasters Society and its affiliates, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in the spicy food challenge.

I understand the risks involved in participating in the spicy food challenge and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me as a result of participating in the challenge.

I certify that I am fully aware of the nature and extent of the risks involved in the spicy food challenge and that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the challenge. I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the organizers of the challenge.

I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
